Using animal assisted interventions and activities, The Underdog Project empowers at-risk youths by teaching them the value of communication, teamwork and decision making through mutually beneficial relationships with shelter dogs.

We do all this at our premises in Hout Bay with gentle, carefully selected shelter dogs, using positive reinforcement clicker training techniques.
